Kataztrophik: Domination on Rundown (F2000)

So I started uploading a video to Youtube before I left my house to go out with friends, and I return to find that the upload failed. So to tide you guys over until tomorrow, since I’m about to head to bed, here’s an older gameplay video I recorded and the last of the F2000 series of videos I made. I don’t talk much about the gameplay, instead you get to hear me rant about the absurd challenges Infinity Ward decided to put in the game (I was feeling especially frustrated at the time LOL) I also put out a request to you guys, let me know what setups you want to see me use in the future! I’ll do my best to accomodate and hopefully give you guys some helpful tips on how to use that class effectively.

If you enjoyed the video, please comment, rate, and subscribe! Thanks!

Try the vector. I’m in my second prestige and i don’t think i ever used it.

Try playing search and destroy with sit rep on, nearly every game of search i have played at least 2 or 3 players on the other team lay claymores at every opportunity.

for SitRep Pro go into FFA and wait for the boosters to start. Use it to find the tactical insertions and then go throw a C4, Semtex, Frag, or RPG/AT4 them

try doing some sniping, most of these videos dont have sniping/tips for sniping

I’ll do a vector video sometime this week and I’ll post it for you. I actually really like the vector, its low damage but shoots insanely fast, and has fairly low recoil as well.

Surprisingly, I dont see that many people boosting in FFA. Maybe I’ve just been fortunate in my lobbies LOL. I’ll have to give that a try probably next prestige.

I just posted a Sniping video, but it’s honestly not a very good video for Sniping. I posted it more for entertainment value, as I’m probably the worst sniper to ever get good scores LOL I’ll try harder to get an actual Sniping video up where I’m not so noobish.

I hear ya when it comes to the challenges, FMJ is a real pain, I wasn’t gettin kills at all with it at first but it helps if you remind yourself that you are using it and then try to get kills eg. enemy by window, shoot round for hit marker, seems obvious but when I first had it equipped I was still playing like I regularly do.

    SitRep challenge is a joke.

I think you need 250 multikills to master the thumper!!

Like you, i plan on waiting till I’ve tenth prestige before attemting them.

I’ve also unlocked 9 of 10 attachments and then given up on FMJ…it just dont make sense.

You actually need 1000 *gasp* multi-kills with the thumper, as opposed to 1000 headshots with a regular gun. I think I’m at like 24 multi-kills, so that challenge is going to take FOREVER LOL

I’ve managed to get all the attachments on every gun with the exception of the sniper rifles and the AK47. It’s been a frustrating journey thus far, but what can I say…I like unlocking stuff LOL

Well I geuss I’m not exactly in any position to offer advice to you considering the difference in out skill levels.

But usually when I use my weapons to get kills I always go for direct line of sight instead of Bullet Penetration kills. So once I unlock FMJ, I still try to go for those line of sight kills even with the attachment. So the only advice I can give is to unlock the attachment and when fighting an enemy that goes out of sight. Try and fire through whatevers covering them. It seems to be the way to go.

For example, Say your playing sub base. and your inside the building for A Bomb Site. You spot an enemy coming into the building and open fire, scoring several wounding hits. But he books it right back out as soon as you shoot. So when this happened to me, I always chased right after him. Which is a very risky and idiotic in hindsight move. because now your playing into his hand, He’s made it outside and you have to come to him if you want to pursue the kill. But if you use FMJ to your advantage you could fire through the wall when he makes his escape and possibly kill him with your FMJ getting you closer to your attachments.
